Sequins & Fur

At this very moment, for me, its all about sequins and faux fur! It could be because it looks amazingly chic teamed with a silk flowing or maybe its the thought of being rugged up nice and warm? With these shots theres no doubt MK & A have got the boho glam look down to a tee. What do you think of my latest obsession?

Lets go shopping

I promise im not selfish i just want these items! Check out fashionlista, if you love shopping as much as i do you will get ideas and find some amazing items from completly new store you have never heard of.

This Saturday my best friend and i will be venturing into the city for a combo of pancakes on the rocks and shopping up a storm!

The above items are a little something i had in mind for my winter fashions, il layer them up with sheer long sleeve collared blouses and leather pants. 

The chair.. the chair i didnt even want to look at the price tag! How amazing is it? If i could have one wish, i wish i had a chair like this. :)

Soaring

Here is outfit number 3 from the fashion shoot the other day. This was the first one we shot and turned out quite stunning. I say this as over nearly all my shoots to date the first lot of pics dont always have the same feel to the rest of the shoot, not that they dont look good but that they in a way dont match the key aesthetic that i am after. So i was happy with these as they let the rest of the outfits flow with the same vibe. All items that are in these outfits are now available here.

Free Falling

 

Avalanche Road part 2, this shoot was such a pleasure to do. Everything happened in a smooth notion from how spontaneously i managed to throw/ style each look together to the perfect timing the sun came out from behind the white fluffy clouds that were beginning to appear. These outfits are styled somewhat with more sophisticated from the past but i hope you can all see a general aesthetic with HM clothing being unique, with a mixture of bohemian glamour thrown in.

Avelanche

Being influenced by the rather clean structured lines featured throughout RAFW, i used that aesthetic coupled with minimalist makeup, bright bold lips and sleek hair to style my latest Hilda Mae pieces.

I hope you enjoy these just as much as i did photographing them, it was quite the gorgeous afternoon with the sun shining, cool Autumn wind standing on top of a mountain!

all about balance

OK so I'm in love.. 

The cut is clean the fabrics are divine and the style is well nothing more than perfect. One of my favourite parts of styling is balance, from fabrics to cuts everything needs to be down to a tee.

I am soon taking a trip to a few fabric stores so if there are any you wish to recommend please do so?
